KCFP, PC conducts Fit for Duty Evaluations. In general, the purpose of Fit for Duty evaluations are to determine if an individual has mental health related issues that compromises his or her ability to work (e.g. complete his/her assigned duties in the workplace in a safe and effective manner). Typically, the evaluations ask for recommendations concerning what therapeutic services are needed in order for the person to return to work if s/he has mental health related issues and when s/he would be able to return to work.
